Welcome to EasyCorpus. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the EasyCorpus website, platform, and all associated content, products, and services — including the Workplace Lexicon, Leadership Lexicon, CEO Lexicon, Micro Coffee Break Modules™, Deep Dive Macro Modules™, and all other EasyCorpus learning materials (collectively referred to as the 'Platform').

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing any EasyCorpus product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

EasyCorpus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be available at easycorpus.com.

 

All content on the EasyCorpus Platform — including but not limited to text, modules, PDFs, audio, video, course materials, methodology documentation, branding, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of EasyCorpus and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Upon purchase or subscription, EasyCorpus grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased content solely for your own personal, non-commercial professional development purposes.

This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any EasyCorpus content in any format
• Share, resell, sublicence, or transfer your access or content to any third party
• Record, screenshot, or extract content from any EasyCorpus module, video, or platform page
• Use any EasyCorpus content for commercial purposes, training, or group instruction without express written permission
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any EasyCorpus materials

 

 

To access EasyCorpus products, you must create an account on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person accesses your account or the content available through it

 

You must notify EasyCorpus immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. EasyCorpus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

EasyCorpus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we have reason to believe that your account credentials have been shared, your account has been compromised, or you are in breach of these Terms of Use.

Each account is for the sole use of the individual account holder. Corporate or team access requires a separate arrangement with EasyCorpus. Please contact [email protected] for institutional or multi-seat licensing enquiries.

 

All payments for EasyCorpus products and subscriptions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. EasyCorpus does not store your payment card details.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. EasyCorpus reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

One-time purchases — including Micro Coffee Break Modules™ and Deep Dive Macro Modules™ — grant you permanent access to the purchased content for your personal use. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the purchased content has been granted.

Subscriptions — including the Leadership Lexicon and CEO Lexicon — are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

 

You agree to use the EasyCorpus Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that contains viruses, malware, harmful code, or any other technology that may damage or interfere with the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any related systems or networks
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data extraction technologies to access or collect content from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any other user, EasyCorpus staff member, or third party in connection with the Platform
• Post or transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through any Platform feature or channel
• Share your account credentials or allow any third party to access the Platform through your account
• Use EasyCorpus content — in whole or in part — for commercial training, group instruction, or resale without express written permission from EasyCorpus

 

Any breach of this clause may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice and without refund. EasyCorpus reserves the right to report any illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

 

EasyCorpus is committed to producing professional-quality vocabulary content based on real-world corpus research, professional experience, and academic methodology. All content is reviewed by the EasyCorpus founder and editorial team before publication.

However, the Platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. EasyCorpus does not warrant or guarantee that:

• All content is free from error, omission, or inaccuracy
• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption or technical fault
• Specific professional or career outcomes will result from completing EasyCorpus modules or programmes
• The vocabulary, collocations, and phrases presented reflect every regional or industry variation in professional English

 

EasyCorpus modules are designed to support and enhance professional vocabulary development. They do not constitute formal qualifications, accredited courses, or certified professional development programmes unless expressly stated.

 

The EasyCorpus Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources — including payment processors, academic references, and external tools. These links are provided for your convenience only.

EasyCorpus does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any third-party websites, content, or services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy. EasyCorpus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of any third-party service accessed through the Platform.

 

EasyCorpus collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at easycorpus.com. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

EasyCorpus will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. Payment data is processed by our payment providers and is not stored by EasyCorpus.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyCorpus and its founder, team members, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.

EasyCorpus's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to EasyCorpus in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits EasyCorpus's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

 

EasyCorpus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You are in breach of any provision of these Terms of Use
• EasyCorpus has reason to believe that your use of the Platform is harmful to other users, third parties, or EasyCorpus itself
• Required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
• EasyCorpus discontinues the Platform or any part of it

 

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and all purchased or subscribed content will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

 

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use.

EasyCorpus encourages users to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concern informally and promptly. Most issues can be resolved quickly and respectfully through direct communication. Please write to [email protected] with the subject line 'Dispute Resolution' and we will respond within five business days.

 

These Terms of Use, together with the EasyCorpus Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific products or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyCorpus with respect to your use of the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

EasyCorpus's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
