3. HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED AND PROTECTED
3.1 — Platform hosting — Thinkific
The EasyCorpus Platform is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. ('Thinkific'), a leading course platform provider based in Vancouver, Canada. Your account data, course progress, and associated personal information are stored on Thinkific's secure servers, which are protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption, firewalls, and access controls.
Thinkific operates as a data processor on behalf of EasyCorpus. Their privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy, available at thinkific.com. By using the EasyCorpus Platform, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by Thinkific in accordance with their privacy terms.
3.2 — Security measures
EasyCorpus takes the security of your personal data seriously. The following measures are in place to protect your information:
- All data transmitted between your browser and the Platform is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology
- Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorised EasyCorpus personnel and service providers on a need-to-know basis

3.3 — Data retention
